INNCOM Elects Jon C. Warn to Board of Directors

Old Lyme, Connecticut - INNCOM International, Inc., the global leader in integrated guestroom control systems recently announced the election of Jon C. Warn as a Director at its Annual Shareholders Meeting in Stamford, CT. “We are very pleased to have an individual of Mr. Warn’s caliber and experience join our Board,” stated Duane Buckingham, President of INNCOM. “He brings with him strong leadership skills and a wealth of general business experience.”

Warn presently serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Operations at INNCOM.

Prior to joining INNCOM, Warn was at Sonalysts, Inc., Waterford, CT, where he was a Senior Vice President. He holds an MBA from Harvard University and a BS in Marine Engineering from the US Naval Academy. Warn lives in Noank with his wife Judith.
