INNCOM and Extenway Join Forces to Deliver Advanced Guestroom Control Systems Over the Extenway Interactive TV Solution

Niantic (CT) -- INNCOM international, inc, provider of advanced software-based guestroom control systems, and Extenway Solutions, Inc (TSX Venture Exchange: EY), innovative Interactive TV and Guest Media Solutions provider, today announced a strategic partnership that will enable INNCOM's guestroom technologies to be accessed over the Extenway Interactive TV platform. As a result, both guests and hoteliers will benefit from controlling or monitoring in-room climate, lighting, drape positioning, fan speed, radio and volume, as well as guestroom status.
Using Extenway's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) capabilities, hoteliers will now be able to add preferences to their guest profiles on temperature, lighting, and radio and television stations. For example, rather than just waking up to an annoying buzzer in the morning, a guest may wake to a specific, selected temperature, open drapes, half-dimmed lights, and NBC News on the interactive TV screen.
