INNCOM Launches INNcontrol II

Niantic, Conn. - INNCOM international, inc. is proud to announce the launch of "INNcontrol II", their newest software package designed to serve the guestroom control and property automation needs of the hospitality industry. INNCOM will be showcasing INNcontrol II at Booth #3156 at the International Hotel/Motel & Restaurant Show in New York City.

INNcontrol II features a user-friendly interface that allows Hotel staff to view and control a single guestroom, multiple guestrooms, and/or the entire hotel within a "quick view".

"Real time control of energy usage coupled with property status reporting is essential in the hospitality industry today. By implementing INNcontrol II, hundreds of dollars per room/year can be achieved in energy savings while enhancing guest comfort, safety, and satisfaction", said Chris Manthous, Vice President of Marketing at INNCOM.

INNcontrol II software is highly versatile and can control, monitor, and manage information from many components installed in the guestroom. Data is automatically collected and processed from each guestroom component, which allows for the system to generate real time reports including:

• Service Call Reporting (e.g., Make up Room, Butler Call Valet Call, Food Tray Removal, Do not Disturb, etc.)
• Occupancy Reporting
• Temperature Reporting
• Open Door / Open Window Reporting
• Equipment Operation Reporting
• Measured Humidity Reporting
• Staff Performance Reporting
