As a result, both guests and hoteliers will benefit from controlling or monitoring in-room climate, lighting, drape positioning, fan speed, radio and volume, as well as guestroom status.
Using Extenway's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) capabilities, hoteliers will now be able to add preferences to their guest profiles on temperature, lighting, and radio and television stations. For example, rather than just waking up to an annoying buzzer in the morning, a guest may wake to a specific, selected temperature, open drapes, half-dimmed lights, and NBC News on the interactive TV screen.
