INNCOM Announces Key Staff Promotion & Sales Addition

Niantic, CT - October 4, 2004 - INNCOM international, inc, a global leader of integrated guestroom control systems, is pleased to announce the promotion of Tracey S. Jacey to Chief Financial Officer, and the appointments of Dan Miller as Vice President of Sales, Western Region and Marcello Natera as Director of Sales, Latin America.

Tracey S. Jacey, CFO

Tracey S. Jacey, formerly Vice President of Finance, has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer. Jacey will be responsible for financial planning and management, working closely with INNCOM senior leadership team. She will continue to serve as Treasurer on the INNCOM Board of Directors.

Jacey has served in accounting management since 1993 and joined INNCOM as Controller in 2000 before being promoted to Vice President Finance and Treasurer in 2002. Previously, Jacey was Manager of Accounting and Finance at Waterford, CT-based Sonalysts, Inc. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts, an MBA from the University of Connecticut and has completed post-graduate professional accounting courses at the University of Hartford and the University of Rhode Island.

Daniel Miller, Vice President Western Region

Daniel Miller joins INNCOM as Vice President of Sales for the Western Region. Miller has over twenty years of experience in the hospitality industry, including a successful career in telecommunications sales. Previously, Miller was Vice President of Hospitality Sales for Percipia of Columbus, OH.

Miller is based near Seattle, WA and is responsible for the continental Pacific states, Alaska, and Western Canada. His sales territory stretches from Alaska to Southern California and from British Columbia to Manitoba. Miller earned his degree in Business Administration from Community College Rhode Island.
