SYSTEMS INFRASTRUCTURE

Through years of experience, INNCOM has established a rich set of proven methods and technologies to create and deploy room-level and backbone networks.

We are capable of deploying various system architectures, power sources (including the use of existing wiring), and communications protocols. In many cases, multiple technologies may be used concurrently to facilitate installation, adapting the system to existing conditions and constraints, and to take advantage of converged networks, creating a robust topology.

In a centrally-controlled system, our powerful, client-server application, INNcontrol II™, communicates with INNCOM intelligent room devices, monitoring and controlling them and turning collected data into usable information, including notifications and reports. INNcontrol II™ also interfaces with other hotel server-based systems, such as property management systems (PMS), building automation systems (BAS), central electronic locking systems (CELS) and many others.
